Copying uses your device clipboard when permitted. Downloading creates a text file on your device. You control subsequent use, sharing and deletion of those copies. If you choose to email us, your email address, message and any information you include are processed through email services so we can consider and respond to the correspondence.
Correspondence may be retained while needed to handle the enquiry, investigate a correction, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. We do not specify a universal retention period because circumstances differ. Avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
Browser preferences
The Cookies page lets you explicitly store an essential-only preference in local storage. That record contains the preference value, not contact-form entries.
